Does laser hair removal hurt?Discomfort levels vary depending on the density of hair growth as well as the treatment area and person. Most people report a mild sting, a bit like a rubber band being flicked against the skin. Soothing creams and sunscreen will be applied after each session to keep the skin cool, soft and safe from the sun, and you’ll be free to get back to your usual routine with no downtime.
-
How does laser hair removal work? The device we use emits a concentrated beam of light against your skin, which targets your hair follicles, damaging and sometimes destroying them altogether. This can stop hair growth dead in its tracks. Hair regrowth may not reoccur, or it may grow at a much slower rate, being much thinner, lighter in colour and less noticeable.

Will you need top-up sessions?Complete hair removal cannot be achieved in just one session. However, with each session, you’ll notice fewer and fewer hairs, and will find that the treatment itself is over more quickly and becomes less and less uncomfortable. Top-up sessions are recommended. These will vary with each individual. Some may need just one top-up a year - others more, others less.
